A Typical Allsquare Client – £146 + VAT per month
Price Includes:
- Year end accounts, tax calculation and advice, client meeting and submission – £116 + VAT per month
- Monthly payroll for 1-2 Directors – £10 + VAT per month
- Preparation of a personal tax return – £20 + VAT per month
Therefore the total monthly cost of a typical Allsquare client is £146 + VAT to cover Year End Accounts, Personal Tax Return, Payroll, support and advice.
Bookkeeping Services
Our clients benefit from a range of bookkeeping services, guidance and related training. In addition to the service outlined above, we also offer:
HMRC VAT / Tax Inspection Support from £110 + VAT
The service includes support with preparation, attendance during the HMRC onsite visit, and related follow up.
Software / Bookkeeping Training £240 + VAT
We offer a half-day of training on Bookkeeping and the related software (including packages such as Xero, FreeAgent, and Sage).
Year End Accounts Services
Allsquare aim to provide made-to-measure financial solutions ensuring we deliver cost effective services that are suitable to your business needs. If your business simply requires support with year end accounts, Allsquare have the right solution.
Most small businesses do not have complex accountancy requirements. Therefore, we offer a year end solution for small businesses starting from £900 + VAT. This includes preparation of the year end accounts, preparation of the CT600 tax calculation, online submission to HMRC and a meeting to review the accounts.
Even if your business is much more complex, requiring specific tax advice and more detailed involvement from our chartered accountant, we won’t charge you the earth. More complex year end accounts will typically start from £1250 + VAT.

We combine our understanding of accounts with our small business experience to offer our clients 1 day consultation on Profit Growth for £350 + VAT.
